At Djan's, we strive to give each of our dishes the level of attentiveness and care that you would put into a special home-cooked meal. We believe each step of the food preparation process is important in ensuring that our guests leave the restaurant with feelings of happiness and contentment. It is our hope that each of our customers enjoys a dining experience.

We select only the freshest ingredients to include in our dishes. Each menu item and recipe has been carefully formulated by a host of Thai cooking experts, from Bangkok to New York City. The basic concept in the preparation of our menu is to offer authentic Thai cuisine, but we are always open to creative and innovative offerings as well. In this sense our menu is rather eclectic.
