Our People
Tum is a founder of Djan's Modern Thai Restaurant. He realized his passion for cooking and hosting dinner parties during overseas projects while working for a leading global consulting firm. Tum's main interests are in food, art and music.
Lek is Tum's brother and a co-founder of Djan's. He has experience assisting a friend in opening a Thai restaurant while living in Chicago and has incorporated this experience into Djan's.
Behind the success of Djan's
Phol Tantasathien, Jitr Tantasathien and Hans Muller were all key people in giving life to the vision of Djan's. Without the involvement of these three, Djan's unique fusion of décor, art, music and cuisine would never have come into being.
