Our Inspiration
At Djan's, we draw our inspiration from a unique and eclectic merging of food, art and music. Drawing on our essentially Thai sensibility, we have also incorporated a range of modern and global influences into our vision.
Though our cuisine is inspired by traditional Thai cooking at heart, we have taken cues from other regional cuisines from across Asia -- and in this era of globalization, we have of course looked beyond Asia to take on aspects of 'East meets West'-concept.
You will find that our unique vision is manifest in not only the dishes we serve, but in our approach to décor and overall ambiance which we feel are integral to the Djan's dining experience.
